Step 1: Find your recommended therapist

Whether you're a new client or returning after some time away, start by filling out the therapist matching intake form available on the Wellspring website. Expect a response from Wellspring admin within 48 hours with therapist recommendations tailored to your current needs.

Step 2: Schedule your session

Once you receive therapist recommendations, or if you have a preferred therapist, our Wellspring admin will provisionally book an available slot that suits your preferred date and time. However appointment will not be confirmed until you submit payment.

Step 3: Submit payment

After scheduling your session, make a manual transfer to the bank details provided by Wellspring. Ensure the payment is completed and then submit the payment proof to Wellspring admin via WhatsApp. This step confirms your booking and secures your session slot.
